He is currently the Chief Security Officer for Huawei Middle East & Central Asia based in Dubai, the UAE covering 24 countries geographically and 57 countries functionally globally. As a co-Founder and Managing Director of Cloud Security Alliance APAC, the Worldwide Head for Security for Vodafone Global Enterprise, a Security Practice Leader with PwC Singapore and a Technical Staff Member with DSO National Laboratories of Singapore, Aloysius had delivering direct business values in strategic, complex, multi-year and multi-million-dollar technology and cyber program for Global 500 organizations worldwide, while managing large multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary team spread across 6 regions and 4 major time zones fulfilling business requirements under highly heterogeneous and demanding environment, many a time building up the business from scratch.
An active community leader, Aloysius have supported many security movement and cultivated numerous security groups over the past 30 years. He was a Board Member with ISC2, the world’s largest information security non-profit organization, a Board Director for globally respected UK based not-for-profit think tank, the Centre for Strategic Cyberspace + International Studies (CSCIS) and sits on various boards and committees all over the world doing his part to elevate the cybersecurity industry and contributes towards capacity building for various nation states, professional bodies and inter-governmental organizations, towards the extent that he was the first to define cybersecurity in the first publication of ISO/IEC 27032 Guidelines for Cybersecurity.
