1. When does registration open?
The registration page should be opening sometime around the middle of September 2003.
The exact date has yet to be determined so keep checking back. For those of you that have e-mailed
us expressing your interest in finding out more regarding registration and pricing
etc, we will send you an e-mail as soon as the registration page is made
available. Do note though, that REGISTRATION
IS ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS!

The format for Capture the Flag for this year
is going to be different than what we did at last years conference. The main
difference being that there will be no individual registrations -- as such, this
CTF is open to only participants who come as a Team of 5 participants. A team
will be charged RM 200 to participate over the 2 day period. Do note that we are
limiting this years CTF to a maximum of 15 teams.
5. What are the rules of CTF?

6. I am an individual or have a team with LESS THAN 5 people -- can I/we participate in CTF?
Yes you can. HOWEVER -- we STRONGLY encourage you to organize yourselves and get a team with
5 people. We will not stop any teams from participating merely because they do not have the
required number of people. However, the cost will still remain as RM200 per team and you will be
facing opponents with the extra man power. The choice is ultimately yours.
7. Is the exhibition free?
Yes it is -- The Exhibition will run
concurrently over the 3 day period however you do not need to pay to enter or
browse the exhibition. The exhibition area is also where the Capture The Flag
competition is going to be held, so do stop by and have a look.
8. Can I/we meet with the speakers personally?
This really depends on timing -- you MAY be
able to meet with them briefly, however we currently have not set aside a 'meet
the public' session for any of our speakers. As always if this changes, we shall
make the announcement on the site.
9. How do I get hotel accommodation?
If you're an International attendee coming into
Malaysia and you require accomodation during your stay, we would be more than
happy to help with your arrangements. All conference attendees will enjoy a
reduced rate on hotel rooms at Cititel Mid Valley during the duration of the
conference period. Due to the fact that December is VERY PEAK season for hotels
in general, we urge you to finalise your travel arrangements as soon as possible
to avoid dissapointment.
